“In terms of equipment, we cater to everyone,” says Melnick. “The amount of vendors that we have, our quality goes from good to exceptional. There are manufacturers that we carry that are sensitive to height restrictions. The older homes and the condominiums are usually seven feet in height. And this causes big problems.”
Melnick says a company named Vectra makes equipment that is under seven feet and will fit into the older homes and condominiums.
